Curious about Pilates but not sure where to start? We recommend starting with a free 30-minute introductory session. This will be a great way to experience the Reformer and see if it’s right for you.

During this brief reformer session, you’ll get a gentle intro to the equipment, have a chance to ask any questions, and explore the best options for your goals.
